"Our family recently booked a Disney Vacation with Jeremy of Planning Magical Memories and we couldn’t be happier. We decided to book less than three months before travelling. The timing came together last minute for us. I wasn’t sure where to begin. The last time either my husband or I had travelled to Disney was when we were children going with our own parents. We were overwhelmed at the options and Jeremy took his time to make sure he answered all of our questions. He came up with what seemed like dozens of resort/date/package options for us before we finally picked what we thought was best for our family.

 

After our dates and resort were chosen came the fun stuff. What really struck me was that before providing any recommendations, Jeremy asked me to tell him about our family. That told me that he didn’t provide the same cookie cutter recommendations to all of his clients. After he knew more about us he was able to provide spot on recommendations for our family. He suggested parks to visit on certain days, Character Meals and other dining recommendations and he made the reservations for us. He also made our Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Pirates League reservations. When it came time for Fastpasses he had summaries and recommendations for the parks we were visiting to help us choose what we wanted. Jeremy even offered to book our Fastpasses for us. He had secured all the Fastpasses we wanted before I had both kids delivered to school and daycare that morning.

Closer to our trip, Jeremy took time to mail us park maps and other great travel tips that I wouldn’t have thought to consider prior to our trip. Our first family Disney trip was truly magical. Everything flowed smoothly and we felt like pros maneuvering Disney thanks to Jeremy’s help. Best of all, our kids had an amazing time. They are still talking about it months later and can’t wait to go back.

Communicating with Jeremy was always easy as he was prompt to respond to any of my communication whether by email, text or phone call. We really enjoyed working with Jeremy and wouldn’t dream of booking with anyone else in the future. We really felt like family at Planning Magical Memories."
