♥ How to get started?
The first step is for us to chat! You can call or send us an email. Most agents have a long form to fill out on their websites in order to get quotes. The forms are complex and, for first timers, it can be daunting. At Planning Magical Memories, we feel it's best to get to know our clients and their families, so no long forms here!
♥ Are there any obligations once I call Planning Magical Memories?
Absolutely not! At Planning Magical Memories, we are confident that we can meet our clients expectations. If the quotes are unsatisfactory
to our clients, then there's no harm. You are under no obligation.
♥ How do I pay and is my payment secure?
Payments are processed directly through Walt Disney World via Planning Magical Memories. Our agent will get the credit card information from you over the phone (not email). Then, our agent contacts Disney. Once the transaction goes through Disney's system, the agent will shred your private information. If the client prefers he/she can choose to have the agent keep the private information in a secured location and use it to make payments along the way at the clients request. Your privacy is very important! You will see "Disney Resort" followed by a series of numbers and letters on your credit card statement-not from Planning Magical Memories.
♥ When do I have to pay?
Planning Magical Memories follows Disney Cruise Line policy's on payments. Currently, Disney Cruise Line requires that 20% of the cruise fare be made at time of booking. The remaining payment is due anywhere from 75-150 days prior to arrival. This depends on several factors, like length of trip, Embark or debark for U.S port or a non -U.S Port. Your Planning Magical Memories agent will keep you informed.
♥ Oh no I have to cancel, now what?
Disney Cruise Line policies will be in effect. However, the policies are different for each itinerary. Your agent will make it clear before any payment is made. It is especially important to buy trip insurance for a cruise. You will have to pay the entire cost in advance and you won't get a refund, if you have to cancel right before your scheduled departure. Planning Magical Memories does not charge anything for cancellations. We are out our time and effort, but our hope is that you will use our services again or better yet recommend us to a friend.
♥ I'm all ready booked through Disney. Can you help?
Most certainly! We can transfer your existing reservations from Disney to Planning Magical Memories. We will review the existing reservations and make any suggestions we might have to save your money. We will also begin to work on your itinerary. Of course, this can only be done if it's 45 days prior to arrival. We will not expect any transfers from other agents (out of professional courtesy).
♥ I got a Disney "code" in the mail. Can I use it?
Yes! From time to time, the Disney marketing department will send out postcards and emails with a special PIN code and only the recipient can use it. If your lucky enough to receive a PIN number or code, then we can use that when planning your trip.
